Provider Agreement
Effective 2026-05-21 · version 3.0.0
This Agreement is a binding contract between you (“Provider”, “you”) and MyAppointee. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies whenever you list services or accept bookings on the MyAppointee Service.
About the operator: MyAppointee is a Micro / Small Enterprise (MSME) operating the MyAppointee booking platform with corporate office at Gurugram, Haryana, India. References to "we", "us", or "MyAppointee" in this document mean MyAppointee as the operator of the Service.
1. Independent contractor
You are an independent service provider, not an employee, agent, partner, or franchisee of MyAppointee. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer–employee relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licences, and equipment.
2. KYC and verification
Before receiving any bookings you must complete KYC: PAN, Aadhaar (last four digits stored), business registration where applicable, GSTIN where mandated by your turnover, FSSAI licence (food businesses), medical council registration (doctors), or other applicable licensing. Submitting falsified documents is grounds for immediate suspension and may be reported to the issuing authority.
3. Listings and pricing
You set the services you offer, your slot availability, and the price for each service. Booking-fee tiers (₹9/19/29/49/69/99) are chosen per listing; the booking fee is MyAppointee’s revenue and is shown to the user before they confirm.
You agree to deliver services as listed: the same scope, the same staff (where you list a specific person), and the same price. Material deviations may trigger user disputes.
4. Slot honour and cancellations
You are expected to honour every confirmed slot. Late cancellations and no-shows count against your reliability score. Repeated cancellations within 1 hour of slot start, or repeated no-shows, will trigger suspension under the Acceptable Use enforcement ladder.
5. Service price collection
The service price is paid directly by the user to you (cash or UPI at the time of service). MyAppointee does not hold these funds. You are solely responsible for issuing receipts and for paying applicable indirect taxes (GST etc.) on the service price.
6. Payouts of platform-side credits
Referral commissions, gift-card redemptions, and any other MyAppointee-managed credits accrued to your wallet may be withdrawn to your verified UPI/bank account once the balance crosses the platform's minimum withdrawal threshold (admin-tunable; the live value is shown in the in-app wallet). Withdrawals are processed via Razorpay X within 2 business days of approval.
7. Code of conduct
You agree to: (a) treat users with courtesy and respect at all times; (b) not solicit reviews in exchange for discounts or other inducements; (c) not contact the user for off-platform bookings within 90 days of first MyAppointee contact; (d) maintain hygiene standards appropriate to your service; (e) comply with all applicable Indian laws.
8. Confidentiality
User contact details and address shared with you for booking fulfilment are confidential. Do not retain or use them for any purpose other than delivering the service the user booked. Violations are grounds for termination and may attract data-protection penalties.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MyAppointee against third-party claims arising out of (a) your provision of services, (b) your breach of this Agreement, or (c) any false representation in your KYC or listings.
10. Insurance
You are encouraged to carry professional indemnity / public liability insurance appropriate to your service. MyAppointee does not provide insurance for your services.
11. Suspension and termination
MyAppointee may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Pending bookings will be cancelled and users refunded; pending referral credits will remain available for withdrawal subject to KYC.
12. Term and changes
This Agreement is effective when you first list a service and continues until your account is closed by either party. We may amend this Agreement; material changes will be announced in your provider dashboard at least 7 days before effect.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Indian law. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
