How is MyAppointee different from existing booking apps?

We charge a flat booking fee (₹9 to ₹99 depending on the service tier) — never a percentage of the service price. Service prices stay between you and the provider. Refunds land in your wallet instantly, not in 5-7 days.

Is the app free to use?

Yes. The booking fee is the only cost — no subscription, no hidden fees. MyAppointee+ is an optional ₹199/month plan that waives even the booking fee for power users.

How do I cancel a booking?

From the booking detail screen → "Cancel". Cancellations 6+ hours before the slot are free, with the booking fee refunded to your wallet. Cancellations within 6 hours forfeit the booking fee (it goes to the provider whose slot you held).

What if the provider doesn't show up?

Mark the booking as a no-show from the booking detail screen. We refund you in full automatically and flag the provider on our side. Repeated no-shows lead to suspension.

How does the referral commission work?

Share your code with friends. When a friend books a service after signing up via your code, you earn a commission on every booking they make — for life. Rates depend on who you refer (5% for users, 10% for providers).

Are providers verified?

Yes. Every provider clears KYC (Aadhaar + PAN) and a manual review before they appear in customer search. KYC documents are stored DPDP-compliant and never shared with anyone.

Where is MyAppointee available?

Currently live across India with active expansion to more Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. The app shows you a "Bring MyAppointee to your city" prompt if your area isn't covered yet — you can earn 10% commission for each provider you onboard.

Can I install the app on iPhone?

iOS app is in active development — for now, open https://app.myappointee.in in Safari and tap "Add to Home Screen". You get the same experience as a native app.
